What We Do



Our thematic area of focus is based on our research into pertinent issues that affect the development of Africans as global citizens. We strongly believe that women and young people are highly affected but rarely considered in decision making processes that affects their lives hence our focus area is to develop empower them to serve as change agents and also to influence and advocate the existing structures into creating the environment that would make this happen.

Our five thematic areas are:

1. Cultural and Educational Development: Hands on training through internships, cultural youth exchange initiatives and human capital development through scholarship schemes, music and arts workshop, short educational courses for women. We also target building  bridges between European and African culture.

2. Entrepreneurial Empowerment: Concrete training and empowerment with the introduction of Business extension workers.

3. Democracy and Good Governance Development:  Mainstreaming youth and women participation in decision making processes. Understanding of civic rights and duties. Social support for  enhancing rights, educate youth and children to be ambassadors of peace in their schools and communities
